K-Prefab manufactures customized, prefabricated concrete elements that are produced indoors in a factory. All of our factories are located in Sweden. The prefabricated concrete elements are delivered ready to be assembled from the factory to the construction site.
The site-specific concrete elements can be delivered pre-painted and with windows according to the customer’s wishes. They can also be delivered with finished pipes for electricity, ventilation, and plumbing. The prefabricated concrete elements are like giant building blocks, quickly fitted together to form finished concrete frames.
