K-Prefab's edge beams are included in the product Pier footings. They are assembled between the pier footings without casting. For a complete system of pier footings there are edge beams in four different designs as shown in the table below (Type B1, Type B2, Type B3 and Type B4).

Our system with pier footings can be used for warehouses, barn buildings, industrial halls, logistic centres, business houses, showrooms, agricultural houses, stables and more. The pier footing and edge beam system is suitable for steel frame, glulam frame and concrete frame.

The foundation of a normal-sized building is assembled in one day and when the assembly is complete the pier frame has a stable and secure foundation.
